As of July 29, 2019, a new board member Jolanta Jēkabsone is joining the board of SIA “Domenikss”. On July 31, 2019, Raitis Zeltiņš, member of the Board of Domenikss, has left the Board. Benita Danilenko continues as Chairman of the Council in the company.
Raitis Zeltiņš joined Domenikss on May 7, 2018 as CFO of the company, and on November 9, 2018 was appointed to the board of the company. During this time, a number of projects were implemented under Raitis leadership, including the improvement of the financial and control system.
In contrast, Domenikss new board member Jolanta Jēkabsone has previously worked for the company from 1998 to 2013, successfully proving herself in various key positions as chief accountant, IT project manager, CFO, administrative and chief financial officer. From 2014 to 2019, Jēkabsone was a member of the board and CFO of JSC Eco Baltia, managing not only the company's accounting, financial and IT operations, but also the legal department.
Together with Jolanta Jēkabsone, Arta Biruma will continue her work in the board of SIA “Domenikss”, with the goal of becoming the most effective organization in the industry. To achieve this, the company continues to invest purposefully not only in the IT field and in the training of its employees, but also in the development of the company. One of the most strategically important steps is to expand the business and open new truck sales and service centre near Riga by the end of this year.
SIA “Domenikss” was established in 1997 and is owned by Benita Danilenko. In 2018, the turnover of SIA “Domenikss” was 48.4 million euros.
In 2018, SIA “Domenikss” paid 9.4 million euros in taxes administered by the SRS, of which 1.14 million euros – in compulsory state social insurance contributions.
